MBP Bearings has its own in-house Testing and validation Unit for independent bearing testing facility. Its complete testing facility includes over 10 unique bearing test rigs which includes and test for different segments like Taper Roller Bearings , Ball Bearings, Spherical Roller Bearings, clutch release bearings, kingpin bearings, steering bearings, Universal Joint Cross, etc. We have the capability to build a test rig for your specific application as well as the resources to type of bearings.

 Our bearing testing programs focus on three main aspects of testing; life (dynamic), environmental and impact/static testing. Typically, we define the test plan based on the failure mode of the bearing in the application. With testing being the final stage of product qualification process it is vital that it is completed with the precision and expertise which only we can offer.
